Ralph Armendariz, P.E.

Christy Armendariz

Ralph has more than 30 years of engineering management, consulting, business development, operations, and regulatory experience.

His prior experiences include key leadership positions in consulting, service delivery and engineering companies.

Ralph earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Nebraska and Iowa.

Ralph is a strategic technical leader utilizing exceptional business acumen to deliver repeatable financial results. Core competencies include Risk Assessment, Profit & Loss Management, Market Analysis, Contract Optimization and Executive Communication.

Ralph has used his entrepreneurial mind and creativity to find unique solutions for large enterprises, all the way through to municipal governments and utility companies. Ralph has an uncanny ability to increase a company’s ROI on technology as well as find creative ways for entities to monetize their existing infrastructures.

Christy has extensive experience negotiating contracts for the most optimal outcomes for her clients in healthcare, government and telecommunications.

Christy earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management & HR Management. She earned her Master's in Business Administration in Healthcare Administration from the Nebraska Methodist College.

Christy has executive level experience evaluating and creating government budgets, ensuring all State and Federal requirements are met, while optimizing exemplary service and reducing fiscal pressures on the tax base.

Christy has been instrumental in negotiating healthcare contracts helping them drive toward improved patient outcomes and responsible fiscal management.

Christy is a leader in negotiating software contracts especially companies migrating to cloud-based systems.
